We believe God made people in His image and likeness. Because of this we are built to be creative — bringing order out of chaos. Subsplash takes this seriously, so we constantly seek to push the boundaries and pursue new successes. We love to look closely, draw, think, design, critique, code, animate, experiment, write, explore, research, build, test, consult, create, and envision. We do all this for the purpose of honoring God and serving people.

Tim Turner, Founder and CEO
Tim and his wife, Kristy, are passionate about honoring God through building Subsplash into a great and lasting company that delights people around the world.
Tim has consulted on software projects for XBOX, Expedia, Samsung, Cisco, T-Mobile and other fortune 500 companies. He's received patents for his work on touch-screen software and renewable energy. His projects have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Engadget, Gizmodo, and Wired.
Chris Sharpe, Director of Business Development
Chris leads our Sales team and oversees various lead generating and client retention initiatives and strategies. Chris excels at raising up leaders and motivating them to succeed. As a seasoned business development professional, Chris has set sales records, built out sales processes, and established Subsplash as a market leader in the mobile app industry. Chris manages the sales team at Subsplash and continues to increase revenue and improve lead-to-sale conversion ratios year-over-year.
Andy Cameron, VP of Engineering
Andy leads our software development team here at Subsplash. He is an award winning technologist, a patented inventor with a flair for creative and efficient solutions, and a builder and leader of high performing tech teams. He has over 25 years of progressive technology management experience with both start-ups and international Fortune 500 companies. When he is not overseeing our next awesome addition to the platform, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and exploring new places.
Nancy Smith, CFO (Interim)
Nancy comes to Subsplash with an extensive background in finance and administration, having worked with many churches and non-profits over the years. She holds an MBA from the University of Washington and she is a Certified Public Accountant. When she is not busy leading our finance team, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside, backpacking, and taking in a Mariners game.
Eric Abel, Director of Marketing
Eric has consulted on campaigns for organizations like Disney, Honda, Bauch & Lomb, Universal Studios. Before coming to Subsplash, he served as VP of Marketing for Outreach, the largest marketing & media company serving church leaders. Eric is on the leadership team at A Seattle Church, a new church plant, where he serves as Administrative Pastor. At Subsplash he, along with the Marketing team, is focused on sharing customer stories and sharing all the awesomeness of the Subsplash Platform.
Stephen Sion, Director of Platform Support
Stephen’s exceptional critical thinking, strategic analysis, and leadership skills have helped him to scale Subsplash’s monthly app store submits by 10 times, while also growing an efficient team of skilled Platform Specialists that support clients. He has nurtured strong relationships with many of Subsplash’s clients and has fostered a team culture that is passionate about doing the same.
Phil Goodman, Director of People Operations
Phil leads Subsplash’s People Operations team, which includes: recruiting, HR, leadership development, and facilities management. Providing employees with a supportive work environment that is meaningful, stretching, and fair is a focus of Phil’s, reinforced by over 10 years of leadership experience in both business and nonprofits. Phil obtained an MBA at Seattle University where he focused on Leadership Development and Organizational Behavior.
Michael Yerkovich, Director of Merchant Services
Michael leads a skilled team to deliver secure, robust, and innovative financial services for our clients. As a former founder of a national merchant service organization, a pioneer in early mobile merchant banking technology, and having been a registered ISO/MSP for the Visa/MasterCard associations, he brings deep industry knowledge and experience to the organization. Being able to leverage all of this to serve the financial needs of our clients brings him great joy.
Ryan Clodfelter, Director of Platform Development
Ryan leads the Platform Development Team while actively building a world-class team of leaders, engineers, and designers to produce best-in-class software solutions for organizations of all sizes. He's had a direct hand in building and releasing important products and features like Subsplash Cloud, Web Player Pro, Push Notifications, and a complete redesign of Subsplash Android apps, among others.
Matt Turner, User Experience Design Lead
Matt leads the Design Team for Subsplash and has helped to design many of the features and services while refining processes and growing his team. In 2011, he lead the design of Luminance for iOS, which was selected by Apple as Photo App of the Week. Matt loves hearing about how his team’s design delights clients. Matt is passionate about creating inspiring experiences for clients and end-users through exceptional design and high-quality apps.
